    Saz heads up Ladies, Wine & Design Bristol to help increase that statistic. These community events create space and provide opportunities for creative womxn to empower and be empowered, to find and become mentors. To thrive and rise up, decreasing the gender divides in senior leadership roles. She’s hosted many sell-out events, sustained sponsorships and partnerships, curated and art directed social media content and formed a team of awesome hosts who’ve supported her for the last few years.
